The 2018 Ardore is made from a meticulous selection of 10 barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Celani Family Wines. Aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels, Ardore is never fined nor filtered.
This Cabernet sings vibrantly and effusively from the glass with aromas of inky, ripe boysenberries and blueberries, mocha, and violets. Winding through these powerful notes are gestures of black cardamom, fresh suede, and Ceylon cinnamon. Possessing all of the hallmarks of a powerfully concentrated Napa Valley Cabernet with elegant and savory flavors that are seamlessly balanced and integrated with fine-grained tannins and a finish that never ends.
