WINEMAKER'S NOTES 2019 Adobe Road 'Shift':
Containing 58% Zinfandel, 24% Tempranillo, 13% Syrah and 5% Petite Sirah, the Shift bottle sports a cutting-edge, metal label that resembles a vintage, gated shifter and the cork is topped with a five-speed metal shift knob. Shift is the newest release from The Racing Series Wines. All the components of this blend are very unique on their own and, together in these proportions, create an amazing harmony.

The 24 is a Rhone-style blend from Sonoma County comprised of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre with some Malbec thrown in for fun with a beautiful metal chronograph on the front that pays homage to the Rolex which times the thrilling 24-hour races at Daytona and Le Mans.
TASTING NOTES:
Wiry and snappy, this blend offers cherry, forest floor and savory anise flavors that finish with zesty tannins. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Malbec and Petite Sirah. Drink now through 2028. 2,000 cases made.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES 2019 Adobe Road 'Apex':
The 2019 pours a deeply saturated violet in the glass. Expressive aromas of dark cherries, anise, and toasted baking spices take the lead. On the palate, velvety tannins and cocoa nibs are balanced with savory cast iron details into a very long finish.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2018 Apex is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petite Sirah and 2% Petit Verdot. The nose offers sweet spice-laced red and black cherries with accents of loam, dried flowers and bay leaves. The palate is full-bodied and super dense with loads of ripe fruits and new-oak character

The 2018 Redline jumps out of the glass with ripe blackberries, black licorice, and a hint of toasty oak. A broad mouthfeel meets ultra plush texture on the palate, delivering chocolate covered blueberries and blackberry pie with wafts of hardwood charcoal grill.
