WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Francis Ford Coppola's Diamond Collection Black Label Claret has a good structure with notes of blackberry, plum and a touch of oak. Modest acidity forms a dry bite that helps to bring out the oak and some of the more hidden spices. Serve with mussels sautéed in a tomato broth, or with a creamier mustard-based sauce.
