WINEMAKER'S NOTE:
Made with old Garnacha vineyards but vinified in a young way, meaning it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is not aged in barrels. The purpose of this wine is to conserve the youth and fruitiness of the Garnacha, but without overripening it. An excellent wine to drink fresh.
