WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark, brooding and layered with bold characters. Onthe nose, cedar, licorice, pepper, black cherry, and plum entice the senses. The palatedelivers a rich, round mouthfeel and abundant flavors of blueberry, baking spices, vanilla, toffee, and cocoa. Velvety tannins linger on the seemingly endless finish.
Blend: 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 1% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% mixed reds
TASTING NOTES:
A layered, beefy, full-bodied but approachable wine that’s rather light on tannins. American oak barrels give a distinctive salt-and-pepper accent to the rich plum, dried cherry and light herb notes. Sustainable.
