WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright, floral aromas, full of ripe fruit. Apricot, raisin and white peach characterise the subtly off-dry, beautifully balanced palate. Elegant and complex, an excellent example of the style. Good with soft cheese or delicate pastries; nothing too sweet, as the wine should always be sweeter than the dish.
