Sublime Sauvignon Blanc radiates pure sunshine. In the glass it shines dazzlingly bright, with delicate fragrances of white peach and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, juicy green apple mingles with exotic kaffir lime, lemongrass and passionfruit flavors that culminate in a joyfully crisp finish.
To celebrate this varietal’s hallmark acidity, fresh aromatics, and lush flavors, the grapes were cold fermented to preserve their vibrant characteristics. Using a 100% non-malolactic technique, Sublime Sauvignon Blanc shows as a bright, beautiful interpretation of this always elegant classic.
