WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Crayfish is one hundred percent Pinot Gris from the Leelanau Peninsula. The grapes were hand picked, crushed, and pressed. This full-bodied and complex wine was produced by fermenting in a variety of vessels with different yeast strains and thoughtful blending.
