An exciting new project from two of Italy's top consultant winemakers, Alongi-Ascione presents a pure expression of 100% Canaiolo hailing from the heart of Tuscany. The nose has scents of wildflowers, rose, and violet, which follow through on the palate together with a mineral edge and spicy complexity. The wine has an elegant tannic texture and remarkable freshness which perfectly complements the constant return of red fruit. A wine of great drinkability and very food flexible.
