The 2021 Chateau Souverain Cabernet Sauvignon is a polished, full-bodied Cabernet with a smooth mouthfeel. Layers of blackberry, dark raspberry and plum meld together, revealing an undercurrent of subtle hints of mocha and caramel. The finish is medium-long and decadent.
