WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A demi-sec that shows more "ripeness" than overt sweetness, this Vouvray has lovely flavors of ripe apples and honeyed floral notes. The acidity helps make this an excellent pairing for spicy dishes with honey glazes and sweet sauces.
