WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Louer Family opens with tastes of crushed blackcurrants, blackberry pie and dark fruit. Full bodied, concentrated and densely packed with black fruit preserves, it has a firm, subtle oak flavor with just enough freshness, finishing long and savory. Barrel fermented & aged in 100% French Oak 59 gallon barrels produce velvety tannins & create a Cabernet lovers dream!
TASTING NOTES:
Medium to full-bodied style as well as some vanilla-tinged aromatics of red and black fruits, chocolate, smoked tobacco, and baking spices. It's a charming, layered, seamless 2021 with terrific balance and outstanding length."
