WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Michael Pozzan Chardonnay focuses on bright fresh fruit instead of oak and butter. With a combination of both new and used French oak and only a touch of malolactic fermentation, the wine is allowed to show the true flavors and aromas of the varietal. Enjoy with a garden green salad topped with grilled chicken tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
