This wine is fresh, vibrant with aromas of strawberry rhubarb jam, Bing cherry, dried herbs, toasty vanilla bean on the nose. The flavors on the midpalate are cassis, strawberry coulis, pink grapefruit zest, gliding into dried cherry, cracked black peppercorn with a dry finish. Enjoy with fish, pasta, poultry.
