This wine is fresh, zesty, with aromas of citrus blossoms, green apple, White peach skins, and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are grapefruit, orange zest, dried apricot rolling into sedimentary rock and a dry finish. Pair with Grilled Veggies.
