Pale gold in colour, with subtle glints of apple green, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2011 gives full expression to the aromas of white fruit and flowers characteristic of this alluring, harmonious champagne. An overriding impression of delicacy and elegance lingers into the impressively long finish, with its distinctive combination of freshness and finesse. Ideally served at around 12°C, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2013 may be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with fine fish such as Dover sole or grilled turbot.
