WINEMAKER'S NOTE:
From riverbed alluvial soils to volcanic soils, chalk and clay, the Russian River Valley has incredible diversity of soil types, one of the main reasons Pinot Noir thrives in this region. La Crema has tapped into this by creating a rich, elegant blend from vineyards across the area to showcase how different soils result in grapes offering unique flavor profiles. When uncorking a bottle, expect notes of blackberry, baked rhubarb, black raspberry, forest floor, dark cherry, sassafras and baking spice.
