WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2023 Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a youthful wine with fine acidity and length. On the nose we have Guava, passionfruit, and tropical notes, with hints of lemongrass, lime and floral undertones. The palate is refreshing with lively passionfruit fruit, lychee and white flesh peach. A plush mid palate with crisp nettle and lime citrus finish.
