WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Color: straw yellow with a slight hint of green, abundant foam and extremely fine perlage
Perfume: to stand out are evident, and sustained, floral scents alongside the traditional bread crust and the more delicate ones of peach and apple, it has remarkable freshness and minerality
Taste: the fresh and acidic sensations are balanced by a hint of vanilla and, more to the nose, of apple, which fills and accompanies the palate for a long time; the finish in the mouth, however, becomes gritty again
TASTING NOTES:
This mineral-driven Franciacorta is made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Aromas of tart green apple, lemon zest and chalk seamlessly work together in the glass. The palate is bright and fresh, with a focus on crisp orchard fruit. A delicate floral note on this finish makes you want to explore further after each sip.
