WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep ruby red, suggestive nose of plums and berries and with a hint of licorice; a fine wine with a complex bouquet. Excellently suited to all variations of fish and different appetizers.
TASTING NOTES:
Rich, red- and dark-fruited character with notes of spiced cedar, dried citrus peel and walnuts. Medium- to full-bodied, racy and tense, with firm, tight tannins that have a fine texture but need a little more time to integrate better. Shows good energy and is nicely filled with fruit. Spiced and cedary at the end, but with a lot of freshness. Better after 2026.
