WINEMAKER NOTES:
Ruby red in color with light violet reflections. Notes of prune, red fruit preserves, spices and notes of cocoa and licorice. Fresh, soft and round on the palate with tannins that are typical of this variety. A well-polished wine.

TASTING NOTES:

Hints of firewood and camphor light up behind black cherries, vanilla, cedar and spices on the nose of this red from the Perricone grape. Fresher notes of tomatoes and herbs come out on the palate. An undercurrent of stony brininess and more berries come through at the back, with the tension held by mellowing tannins but vibrant acid.
