WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright, mineral driven, and crisp. Medium bodied, with a golden-yellow appearance. There are notes of lemon, green apple, and salinity both on the nose and on the palate. The high acidity gives it a fresh, mouthwatering, zesty finish. It is well suited for pairing with swordfish, seafood salads, and classic pasta dishes.
