This wine is lively, with aromas of citrus, green apple, melon, dried herbs and bright acidity on the nose. Flavors on the palate are Meyer lemon, tangerine zest and baked apple, interwoven with spearmint, mineral and a dry, long finish. Pair with Caesar salad with anchovies.
