WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The classic Napa Valley varietal character is the star in this Cabernet Sauvignon, with the tannins and texture supporting the smooth fruit flavors. The wine’s balance and freshness make this a particularly food-friendly red wine. Suggested pairings: grilled rack of lamb with fresh herbs, ribeye steak with sautéed mushrooms and braised short ribs.
TASTING NOTES:
Potent, pure blackberries and black currants fill this full-bodied wine with luscious fruitiness from the first sniff through the palate impression and lingering finish. Dark chocolate, spearmint and light oak char blend nicely into the fruit flavors. Best from 2025.
