WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2021 growing season carried a very small amount of crop - the resulting small clusters made wines that were much more intense and structured than usual. We relied proportionately more upon our own estate-grown fruit, making for a dense, fruit-driven wine that gives a great deal of pleasure. We are especially pleased with this vintage, and are excited for you to share it at your table!
TASTING NOTES:
Solid and bold this Pinot Noir is a great value for how good it is. Aromas of muddled cherry, black plum, clove and star anise lead into an attention-grabbing palate full of rich strawberry, sage and balanced licorice flavors.
