WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Against the backdrop of a 16th century Tuscan castle sits a quiet vineyard. The grapes grown here make the Castello di Bolgheri wines, part of the Super Tuscan collection.
It is a classic Sangiovese bouquet of crushed cherry, stone, and a lovely dry, fruity taste, where the cherry notes of the Sangiovese grape are rounded off by the rounder and fuller taste of Cabernet Sauvignon.
