Another Perfect red to put a light chill on and enjoy with any grilling. This 'entry' level from Gattinara's most revered producer is a beautiful 100% Nebbiolo wine. This is a delightful, high-toned wine with lifted bright fruits, anise flower, sleek tannin structure and cleansing acidity. Textbook unoaked elegance and one of the finest raw versions of Nebbiolo anywhere.
100% Nebbiolo from estate vineyards. Maceration in concrete for 12-15 days, followed by 12 months of aging in stainless steel. The wine typically sees another 6 months of bottle aging prior to release.
