WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Whiffs of wild mint and crushed granite add freshness to intensely ripe black cherry and plum in this fresh-footed red. Medium bodied and spry in mouthfeel, it's refreshingly restrained compared to the typically burly Côtes du Rhône bottlings. The finish is moderately long, led by a pleasantly salty tang and fine, ripe tannins.
