WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2021 Semi-Dry Riesling is all about balanced elegance. Intense with ripe apple, bosc pear, ginger and green papaya. The palate is refreshing but also lingering with a touch of sweetness balanced with fresh acidity and light astringency.
