WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pineapple, lemon, white blossoms and a touch of celery leaf on the nose. The palate is fruity and flinty(like rocks) with citrus overtones, the structure of the mid cascades onto the sides of the tongue and finishes with clean, bright acidity. Pair with any seafood, roasted veggies, roasted poultry.
