WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The presence of marine fossils in the territory of the Euganean Hills testifies to their origin: an archipelago of volcanic islands that emerged 130 million years ago. The sharp reliefs separated by cool valleys, the suitable sun exposure and the mixing of alluvial deposits with the disintegrated volcanic rocks, determine intense qualitative characteristics in the grapes. These peculiarities give white wines, sometimes light fruity notes aromatic and intense flavors that make them fragrant and elegant.
