Please fight the temptation to serve this ice cold—instead, lean into the fact that it’s a red wine masquerading as a rosé. Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving to let it show off that silky, textured viscosity. Drink on its own or with food—this wine can pair with just about anything.
