WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep ruby red. Marked notes of cherry, typical of the grape, with hints of floral and spice. Velvety, enveloping palate with rounded tannins. Good structure with an excellent balance and long full finish.
Perfect with traditional Tuscan dishes such as ribollita and papa al pomodoro. Pairs well with grilled white and red meats.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2020 Chianti Classico is a very pretty, elegant wine. Silky tannins frame a core of brilliant, red-toned Sangiovese fruit, with striking floral top notes that lend freshness throughout. Racy and polished to the core, the 2020 is an absolute winner.
