WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A blend coming from 30 different vineyards planted with 50 years old vines of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. The juice ferments spontaneously and ages for 18 months in stainless steel (80%) and oak. This wine is deep ruby in colour with a wonderful nose of spice and dark fruits this is a real winter warmer. The palate is rich and ripe with layers of fruit and spice supported by fine tannins.
TASTING NOTES:
Blackberry and dark chocolate, surprisingly ripe and full-bodied, with concentrated black fruit and palate-coating, ripe and juicy tannin. Finishes long. Enjoyably robust in what can be a weak vintage.
