The Castle Rock Cabernet is a deliciously full wine loaded with nuance and flavor. It is deep garnet in color and has aromas of blackberries, cherry, and cassis. on the palate, it has supple tannins and flavors of ripe plum and dark fruit finishing with a hint of cedar.
