WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Delicate, Fresh, fruity with notes of white flowers, honey and vanilla, avours of mandarin and dried apricots. Gastronomy: Mussels, gratin of shell-fish, lightly fried scallops, foie gras, white Veal chops in cream.
As an aperitif: delicious on its own, served chilled at 8°.
