"Our Central Coast Merlot wine opens with the enticing aromas of cocoa powder, anise and black cherry, complemented by hints of leather. We choose the majority of our Merlot grapes from Paso Robles to create a medium-bodied red wine with fine tannins and bright acidity, creating a rich yet balanced mouthfeel."
