TASTING NOTES:
Mint and black cherry aromas lead to vivid, juicy black cherry and blackberry flavors in this well-balanced, moderately tannic wine. It has the grip and good balance for pairing with all sorts of protein, including rich meat, bird and bean dishes.

Dark purple/red in hue, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Rockaway Single Vineyard comes from 225-700 feet elevation and is more reserved on opening, with notes of gravelly earth, black plum, forest floor, and dried lavender. Full-bodied and ripe, it fills the palate with good lift, a plush feel, well-defined tannins, and a clean finish.
