WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale straw in color with flavors of nectarine, baked apple, and nice toasted marshmallow notes. Rich and fruity upfront, finishing crisp and elegant. This well-balanced, medium-bodied wine is a great example of what can be done with this varietal on the Central Coast. It’s easy to enjoy while hanging out with friends or over a nice meal.
Delicious with grilled seafood, goat cheese and mushroom pizza, herb-roasted chicken, or stone fruit, ricotta, and arugula salad.
