DISTILLER'S NOTES:
1800® Silver is made from 100% blue agave handpicked from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The plants take 8-10 years to ripen and can only be harvested once. The liquid is double-distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together by the 1800® Maestro Tequilero for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting and superior flavor. The first drops of tequila began to flow from our copper pot still in the year 1800. This is the year in which real tequila was born.
