WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Left on the vine until thoroughly frozen, these grapes are pressed before they are allowed to thaw. This way only the ripest grapes release their honey-like juice. The result is an elegant, rich ruby red wine, with intense cassis and strawberry jam flavors that linger on your palate.
