WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A classic bright, light pink hue. The aroma is intense and complex, beginning with floral, stone fruit, and fresh (forest) strawberry notes, followed by a gentle spice. Mouthwatering, fresh and broad on the palate. It mixes the energy of this floral vintage with the gentle power of the spice. There are notes of peach and strawberry that combine to develop energy and length in this striking Rosé. It is a perfect match for spring and summer – all the time. Pairs well with brick-cooked chicken and garden vegetables.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine tastes crisp and nervy, as acid takes the lead in forming lean, lightly fruity and bracing flavors that efficiently scour the palate and stimulate the taste buds. It would make an inspired pairing with shucked oysters or steamer clams.
