WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Miano is a highly expressive white wine, with a bright straw yellow color. The nose expresses an olfactory profile with a clear fruity imprint, with notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit in evidence. On the palate it appears gritty and fresh, characterized by a beautiful acidity and a decidedly clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany appetizers based on fresh cheeses, especially if buffalo mozzarella.
