WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Fruity and juicy aromas of lemon peel, apple, licorice and a lot of minerals. The delicate note of flint is accompanied by marks of butter and lime-tree blossom. After some time, aromas of papaya and pineapple. The full minerality appears on the palate, framed by a fresh lemony acid and a dynamic racy body.
TASTING NOTES:
Richly styled and round, with ripe melon, green plum and star fruit flavors. Mouthcoating, but not heavy, with citrus and floral notes cruising alongside a vein of minerality and bitter almond elements. Full-bodied and long, with a zesty finish. Drink now through 2027. 400 cases made, 84 cases imported.
