WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Spontaneous fermentation, low sulfur, the Terraviva line, represented by Trebbiano, Pecorino and Montepulciano, is produced from the youngest vineyards. This montepulciano is partially carbonically macerated, 5-6 days of whole cluster fermentation before it goes into the press. Only sees stainless steel. Light, fresh, versatile Montepulciano.
