TASTING NOTES:
This self-confidently dry and well-structured Gevrey-Chambertin has pronounced earthy and savory notes with a hint of soy sauce. It really benefits from some aeration in the glass, the delicate red fruits opening up nicely. Try to be patient, because even just one more year in the bottle will really help this prototypical expression of the appellation.

Shows spice and earth notes, plus cherry, blackberry and appealing vegetal accents. Dense, with assertive tannins lining the long finish.
