TASTING NOTES:
This is an impressive 2021, a vintage that offers considerably more freshness and detail than any, perhaps, since 2016. There is an immediacy to this that suits early to mid-term drinking. Yet it doesn’t detract from the impressive freshness, drive and length, laden with cloves, Asian five-spice, cherries and crushed musk, with floral hints that lift the wine into impressive levity and drinkability. Drink or hold.
