WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Made with grapes from the freshest vine rows at harvest time and the youngest vineyards, a youthful Nebbiolo in its purest form. Bright garnet red in colour with intense aromas, redolent of violets. Sapid and fresh on the palate, excellent with pasta, mixed fries and grilled meats.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo is terrific. Rich and layered, the 2022 is a gorgeous, overachieving wine from the Nada family. Crushed flowers, mint, chalk, white pepper and rose petals drive through a core of bright, red-toned fruit. There is a bit if edginess in the tannins, but that is a small critique at this level. The 2022 spent 12 months in cask.
