WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A deeply concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon with an intense bouquet of black plum, dried fig, black pepper, roasted coffee and notes of anise. A richly textured wine with pleasing round tannins and a freshness on the palate that highlights ripe blueberries, dark cherry, baking spices and caramel notes along the satisfying lengthy finish.
Blend: 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, 2% Merlot

Crafted by winemaker Michael Scholz, this is an easy-drinking 2022 with sweet black currant, fig, mocha, tobacco, and sweet cedar. Gentle tannins glide effortlessly over the palate, leading to a finish of tart black cherry, more tobacco, sage, and wet stone minerality. A versatile, food-friendly wine, best enjoyed alongside brisket or burgers.
