WINEMAKER NOTES:
Brilliant and luminous pale pink sand. A complex and elegant nose, marked by notes of white peach with a beautiful aromatic depth. A well-balanced palate with roundness and freshness. The soft attack gradually gains in intensity and reveals a mosaic of summer fruits and a fine minerality. The finish is saline, zesty and persistent.
Château de Selle pairs well with flambéed or glazed monkfish with vegetables, grilled poultry in a sauce, or fruit desserts.
TASTING NOTES:
Bright and vivid nose with strawberries, dried raspberries, cherry blossoms and a light, spicy undertone. Medium-bodied, round-textured and lengthy with lots of energy and a crisp, mineral backbone. Round and textural finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

Translucent yet far from delicate, with creamy richness behind its distinctive range of heather, preserved lemon, fresh-cut chive and chamomile notes, all built upon a saline-washed mineral bed. Caressing in feel, with a beam of salty, juicy acidity cutting through. The finish is harmonious and long. A serious rosé. Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Drink now through 2028.

The 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé Château de Selle shows its hallmark delicacy and finesse in this vintage. It's also notably more savory than usual, with an earthy bouquet of truffle, turned earth and wet stone. The acids are very much on the high side, but they remain in check, driving through with persistence. An echo of honeyed green apple lingers with a floral top note on the finish.
